Kitchen and Pantry

Juniper Hill Inn has been working hard to support the local food economy and farm network.  Working with sustainable communities and Vermont Fresh Network when you vacation in Vermont and stay at Juniper Hill Inn you are getting more then a romantic bed and breakfast you are helping sustain an important part of American history.  A part of our commitment to the Vermont farm culture and fresh network is to renovate our kitchen.  Our goal was to create a commercially approved kitchen that felt and lived like a residential kitchen.  Our partners in this project were Cambria Quartz Surfaces, Carbon Craft Counter Tops, Kraftmaid Cabinetry through Home Depot and more coming in the near future.  We thank them for their involvement in assisting us in restoring and improving this grand historic gilded age mansion and in providing a wonderful and creative environment in which our guests can learn and enjoy the fruits of our Chef Lyda Lemire’s labor.
